A career built in the field
Over 25 years across learning and network development.
Ugo Maria Ilardo’s professional career began in sales and commercial relationship management before evolving into leadership, sales enablement and national network development. Within the ACI Group, he contributed to mobility projects and the growth of direct and indirect networks, connecting business objectives, people and results.
He has led the learning function since 2014. Today he coordinates national initiatives and supports the continuous development of more than 1,200 points of sale, combining classroom learning, coaching, blended learning, e-learning, Moodle, digital tools and artificial intelligence.

The desire to understand more deeply how people learn, sustain attention, consolidate memory and respond to stress led Ugo Maria Ilardo to explore applied neuroscience, cognitive psychology, EEG and QEEG, biofeedback, neurofeedback, HRV, data and KPIs.
IperFormazione™ grew from this encounter: a professional and educational project that preserves the strength of established learning practice while enriching it through measurement, personalisation and outcome verification.
IperFormazione LAB™ grew from the method: a Windows program and experiential protocol documented in the technical-strategic manual written by Ugo Maria Ilardo.
